Overview
Built for a 20 × 20 ft booth space. Thirteen pieces travel in the case: two L-shaped displays with TV rack, six straight magnetic fabric panels, a square pop-up counter and four LED spotlights. The graphic is flame-retardant 240 g tension fabric on an aluminium frame, printed by dye sublimation.
Product description
TSBK20X20-B2-B1A whole stand, drawn and costed as a single object. Every element is dimensioned from the same floor plan, which is why the pieces meet cleanly instead of nearly. What arrives is one consignment, not a collection of separate purchases.
01Why it is built this way
Aluminium, because the frame has to be light enough to move by hand and stiff enough that nobody notices it holding the fabric. Tube is 32 mm across the flat with a 1 mm wall. Thinner would ship for less and bow under its own length. The dye is in the fibre, not on it. That is why the fabric still drapes after printing and why packing it does not mark the image. Fibreboard for the shelves and tops. It holds a flat edge in a hall that is air-conditioned on one side and open to the loading bay on the other. The screen mount is rated to 35 kg and takes a 26 to 65 inch panel, which covers every screen a stand of this size would carry.
02On the floor
Numbered tube, tool-free joints, and an instruction sheet that runs in the order the parts come out of the case. Two people, one morning, no equipment. That is the whole labour line for this stand. The lamps are part of the kit, not a hall service: 40 W, 6000 lumens, cool white.

Production runs 48 hours from the moment you approve your proof — not from the moment you order.
Ground freight across the lower 48 adds two to five business days, so most orders are with you inside a week of approving the proof. Tell us your show date when you order and we plan the whole order backwards from it.
Lighting ships with the plug for your country, and we check the height limit for your hall before production starts.
