      The graphic is flame-retardant 200 g backlit fabric on a PVC frame, printed by dye sublimation.

      SFDSLB-6X1

      A lit panel. Because the light is behind the fabric and not aimed at it, the face carries no hot spot and no shadow where the frame meets the graphic.

      01Why it is built this way

      A PVC section keeps the weight down and the cost proportionate to a stand whose fabric will change more often than its frame does. A silicone bead sewn into the fabric edge drops into a channel in the extrusion and tensions as it seats. It goes in by hand and comes out the same way, and the face is flat the whole time. The dye is in the fibre, not on it. That is why the fabric still drapes after printing and why packing it does not mark the image. The cloth is a backlit weave: dense enough to diffuse the LEDs evenly, open enough to let them through without a visible array behind the artwork. One face is printed. It is made to stand against a wall or at the back of a space, with the aisle on one side of it. The LED run is on the edge of the box, not behind the centre of it. That is what gives an even face instead of a lit patch.

      02On the floor

      No tools, and no wiring: the strips are terminated before it ships. The site work is standing it up and plugging it in. A new campaign means a new skin, not a new stand. The hardware is a fixed cost paid once.

      Production and delivery
      Production runs 48 hours from the moment you approve your proof — not from the moment you order.

      Ground freight across the lower 48 adds two to five business days, so most orders are with you inside a week of approving the proof. Tell us your show date when you order and we plan the whole order backwards from it.

      Lighting ships with the plug for your country, and we check the height limit for your hall before production starts.

      Freight to the lower 48 is already inside the price you see. On-site labour and drayage are show services, billed by the hall to every exhibitor.
