Overview
Built for a 10 × 20 ft booth space. Ten pieces travel in the case: two straight tension-fabric walls, two square pop-up counters, an inverted-J curved fabric TV stand, a modular table and four LED spotlights. The graphic is flame-retardant 240 g tension fabric on an aluminium frame, printed by dye sublimation.
Product description
SDTSBK20-A4-B1A whole stand, drawn and costed as a single object. Every element is dimensioned from the same floor plan, which is why the pieces meet cleanly instead of nearly. What arrives is one consignment, not a collection of separate purchases.
01Why it is built this way
Aluminium, because the frame has to be light enough to move by hand and stiff enough that nobody notices it holding the fabric. The extrusion is a 32 mm section with a 1 mm wall — the gauge the span was drawn around, not the lightest one that would pass. The dye is in the fibre, not on it. That is why the fabric still drapes after printing and why packing it does not mark the image. Shelves and tops are fibreboard — stable across a hall's humidity, and heavy enough that a counter does not move when someone leans on it. The screen mount is rated to 13.6 kg and takes a 26 to 55 inch panel, which covers every screen a stand of this size would carry.
02On the floor
Numbered tube, tool-free joints, and an instruction sheet that runs in the order the parts come out of the case. Two people, one morning, no equipment. That is the whole labour line for this stand. The lamps are part of the kit, not a hall service: 40 W, 6000 lumens, cool white.
