- Get a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error
- Use a trackable and insured shipping method
- MegaPrintery is not liable for lost returns
💵 Refund Process
- Returns inspected within 5 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment within 7–10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
