Every stand we sell is made to order. Production is scheduled against your artwork and your show date, and nothing is held in stock, so the terms below are written for made-to-order goods rather than for shelf stock.

Before production starts
You can cancel or change any order at no charge at any time before you approve your proof, because nothing has gone on the press. Email sales@megaprintery.com with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

After you approve your proof
Once you approve the proof, your graphics are printed and cut to your artwork at the panel sizes of the stand you ordered. From that point the order cannot be cancelled or returned, because the printed parts cannot be resold to anyone else. This is the trade-off that keeps a made-to-order stand at the price it is.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. If it arrives damaged we replace it free, and because the frame is modular we can usually ship the single part rather than ask for the whole stand back.

Anything we got wrong — the wrong part, a print that does not match your approved proof, or a fault in the hardware — is ours to put right at our cost, and that is separate from the warranty below.

Returns on unused hardware
Unprinted hardware bought on its own — frames with no graphic, spares, connectors, cases and accessories — can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at sales@megaprintery.com before sending anything back; items sent back without an agreed return will not be accepted. Return freight on these is the customer's to arrange and pay for, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Exceptions
The following cannot be returned: any stand or graphic made to order once the proof has been approved, any custom-size build, and gift cards. Nothing on this site is sold at a discount, so there are no sale items.

Warranty
Separately from returns, every stand carries a two-year warranty on the hardware in normal exhibition use. The terms are set out on our warranty page.

Refunds
Where a refund is due, we will notify you once we have received and inspected the return, and let you know whether it was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take a few days more for your bank or card issuer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at sales@megaprintery.com.

Shipping and customs charges already incurred are not refundable once an order has shipped.
