The graphic is flame-retardant 200 g backlit fabric on a PVC frame, printed by dye sublimation.
Product description
SFDSLBBSA fabric wall. It is what sits behind the people in the photographs, and therefore the piece most often seen by those who never attended.
01Why it is built this way
A PVC section keeps the weight down and the cost proportionate to a stand whose fabric will change more often than its frame does. A silicone bead sewn into the fabric edge drops into a channel in the extrusion and tensions as it seats. It goes in by hand and comes out the same way, and the face is flat the whole time. The dye is in the fibre, not on it. That is why the fabric still drapes after printing and why packing it does not mark the image. A backlit weave sits between two requirements — pass the light, hide the strips behind it. This one is specified for both rather than for one. The graphic is on a single face, which is the face the aisle sees; the back is plain cloth. The LED run is on the edge of the box, not behind the centre of it. That is what gives an even face instead of a lit patch.
02On the floor
Numbered sections, pushed together by hand. Nothing is bolted and nothing is cut. Lighting is included with the stand: 64 W. A new campaign means a new skin, not a new stand. The hardware is a fixed cost paid once.

Production and delivery
Production runs 48 hours from the moment you approve your proof — not from the moment you order.
Ground freight across the lower 48 adds two to five business days, so most orders are with you inside a week of approving the proof. Tell us your show date when you order and we plan the whole order backwards from it.
Lighting ships with the plug for your country, and we check the height limit for your hall before production starts.
